Success With Section 8 LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides Section 8 real estate investing education, mentorship programs, courses, and digital training designed to help investors acquire, lease, and manage government-assisted rental property. Services are delivered via online platforms, video content, and live coaching sessions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our services.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are processed through secure third-party processors. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. For inquiries, contact support@successwithsection8.com.
4. No Guarantees
Success With Section 8 LLC and its affiliates do not guarantee results, income, or earnings. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, local housing authority rules, and the actions you take. All content is provided for educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce our program materials, recordings, or community access without written permission. Abusive conduct toward staff, coaches, or other members may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, methods, and materials are owned by Success With Section 8 LLC and protected under United States law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by US law, Success With Section 8 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Success With Section 8 LLC harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Success With Section 8 LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
